Vacuum Tweezers/Pencils
RI Vacuum pencils pick up objects without damaging them, and without contaminating them. Vacuum pencils can pick up most lightweight items, from semiconductor wafers down to small particles.
The VP4 vacuum pencil combines two unique features; it accepts interchangeable metal or PTFE tips, and it conserves vacuum when not in use. The unit is of an elegant and robust design with an anodised aluminium body.
Tips can be adjusted through a large angle to ensure comfort in operation. Light finger pressure on a lever attached to the body of the pencil opens a valve to produce suction at the tip, so that when the pencil is put down after use the valve automatically closes.
This means that when the VP4 is attached to a common vacuum supply only a small additional demand is created, and minimal interference is caused to other users of the vacuum supply line.
